Ordering Giclées

----------------------------------------

This page is currently undergoing an update. The information is still accurate, it's just being rewritten for clarity.

Selection

Please refer to the text below each giclée image in the Galleries for information regarding sizes, editions, and which sizes are available on canvas and which are available on paper. If you are ordering by mail, download the giclée order form, fill it out, and include it with your payment. Payment is required in full at the time of your order. Check or money order accepted, with time to clear my bank required for checks. I will not accept a cashier's check written for an amount greater than the total cost. A PayPal option is also in the works.

Please note that these are printed on demand by my printing company across the state in Sarasota and I rarely hold any in inventory. It takes about two weeks for your giclée to arrive at my studio. If it's on canvas, the printer will varnish it before it leaves his facility.

Shipping

Shipping costs $15 for one to five giclées of any size. The safest and least expensive way to ship your giclées to you is rolled up in a Priority Mail tube, which can safely transport up to five giclées. You can then take canvases to a framing shop for stretching on wooden stretcher strips. Giclées on paper won't have to be stretched, just unrolled. For local customers able to pick up their order from my studio, I can also stretch giclées printed on canvas as well as frame paper giclées for an extra charge.

I do suggest the purchase of insurance but it depends upon the total amount of your order; we will be in contact through the process and I will keep you informed. If your print arrives damaged, let me know immediately and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Returns

Never had one yet! But if for some unforeseen reason you are unhappy with my artwork, you may return it within 7 days of its arrival at your home. You must pay all shipping charges for its return. For my time and trouble, and to pay my printer in Sarasota, I must retain 50% of the total order purchase price. I am not a big store, just a sole proprietor trying to make a living, so I am not able to absorb and charge off like the big guys do. Over the years, most of my business has come from happy customers telling their friends, and I will do my darndest to keep it all simple and civilized.
