Ordering Line Art and Notecards

To order prints or notecards from my Line Art Gallery, you have the option of downloading an order form below:

Series 1 Line Art Order Form (pdf)

All the information you need is on the order form, including shipping rates and my mailing address as well as a small thumbnail of each image so you don't have to refer to the website while completing the form. You can mail me the completed form with your check or money order. If you are a Florida resident, don't forget to add 6% sales tax to the total. Keep in mind that a few days may be needed for your check to clear, and then I will send your order by either USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Print Details

• $15 each (Florida residents add 6% sales tax)
• Image is roughly 4" x 6" matted to 9" x 12"
• Printed at my studio on acid-free printmaker's paper, using archival ink
• Professionally matted at my studio
• Hand-embellished by me, so that every print is unique

Notecard Details

• $15 for a set of 12 (Florida residents add 6% sales tax)
• Mix and match the designs you like
• Measure 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
• Envelopes are included
• Printed at my studio on matte white photo-quality notecard paper, using archival ink
